We understand that because of its nature, online shopping is sometimes difficult and that sometimes, something you order from us might not quite be 100% right for you! PLUS we want you to ABSOLUTELY LOVE your BKOW threads.
If unfortunately, something is not quite right and you wish to return or exchange your order, we are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased via our website (excluding any items that may be on sale).
Please email us at email@example.com and let us know that you want to return or exchange your item and we will tell you what to do next.
Please note any returns must be received within 21 days of purchase and all garments must be unworn, be in their original immaculate condition, have any original tags still attached, and be contained in their original packaging.
Once you have emailed us, send your garments back (we recommend via a traceable method) to:

It is important to note that BKOW does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning to us. Therefore, we recommend you send all returns or exchanges via a traceable method.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by you and are not the responsibility of BKOW.

WHERE DO YOU CURRENTLY SHIP TO AND WHAT SHIPPING PROVIDER DO YOU USE?
We ship New Zealand wide with Courier Post and Internationally with NZ Post International! This means BKOW is available internationally which we think is pretty damn exciting!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY BKOW GARMENTS?
We will try and process your order as quickly as we can!
All national orders (New Zealand wide) should be received within 3-5 business days, depending on where you live and whether it is rural or not!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER (NZ Only)?
Once we have dispatched your BKOW garments, we will email you with a tracking number! You can then track your order using the ‘Track and Trace’ service at www.courierpost.co.nz.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Unfortunately, no we don’t ship to PO Boxes. Because we use Courier Post tracked and require a signature to ensure your package gets to you safe and sound, we require a physical delivery address.
For all international orders, we ship with New Zealand Post - International Air Mail! We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. Please double check the delivery address you provide at the checkout to ensure it is accurate!
We try and process all orders as quickly as we can but usually aim for the next business day following payment. For all international orders the delivery target is 3 - 10 working days.
To ensure we minimise shipping costs for our amazing customers, we don't track international orders or require a signature on the package's arrival. Please ensure that you have your BKOW garments delivered to a place where you are able to receive it safely during the day. If you would prefer your package to be tracked, please get in touch.
Please be aware that all international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes and that our shipping costs do not account for any extra fees charged on arrival. These fees, if any, are to be paid by the recipient of the package.
All sales are made in New Zealand dollars and GST is included at the checkout.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE WHEN ORDERING MY BKOW GARMENTS?
Our BKOW garments all originate from the AS Colour range.. we just adapt them to make them look extra awesome!! So if you have owned anything from AS Colour before, that will be a good indication of size. If not, the sizing chart for each of our garments is displayed in our online store. All our garments are unisex and look dope on both men and women!!
